Cannot Link Onedrive Account to the Adobe Reader App on Android

I have the latest version of the app. Im running Android 11 on a LG G8x Thinq.

I go through the process of signing in to my onedrive in the app and I get an error afterwards saying "Failed to link Onedrive account, please contact your IT department for concent."

I am the administrator of my IT department and as far as I can tell, I have nothing blocking this link.

Ive tried reinstalling the app and clearing storage and cache and trying again but I get the same error.

I had another admin try on his phone and he also has the same issue.

Looking for answers I found that this was a bug in the last patch but from what I can tell, it was supposed to be fixed recently.

I am also having the exact issue/error message. "Failure to link Onedrive please contact IT admin for consent"

Getting this link is really important to my job my IT department have looked into this yet can't seem to figure the reason behind the error message. Please help.

We are currently looking into this issue, 

Could you follow the steps provided in this help document and confirm if that works?

Also, can you also try once by providing the consent via the Azure Portal rather than doing it within the app?

As per the issue that you are unable to link OneDrive on your application. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Make and model your device?

2. Application version?

3. Screenshot of the error message.

Make sure that the application is updated to the latest version.

The phone model is an LG G8x Thinq

The adobe app version is 21.10.0.19961
