Cannot log-in adobe ID in Acrobat Adriod APP

Hi Alany,

Sorry for the delay in response.

I have checked your account with the email address that you used to sign-in into the Forums.

The Adobe ID that you are using is registered from China.

The Acrobat.com services are not available in your Geolocation i.e. China.

This is why you are getting the access denied message/error.

Would you mind letting us know the issues you experienced when trying to install the app?

Alternatively, you can try installing the app from here: Download Acrobat installer for Enterprise term or VIP license
