Cannot open adobe file in email

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the experience you had with Acrobat Reader Mobile unable to open files in E-mail.

Are you getting any error message when trying to open the file through E-mail?

Can you please share a series of screenshots or screen recording of the entire workflow you are following so that we can deep dive into it.

Also while you do so, you can try saving the documents to your phone's local storage and then locate it using Acrobat Reader Mobile and open it from there.
