I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Acrobat Reader Mobile when trying to open folders stored on Google Drive from the Starred section on the Home screen.

When I tap a starred Google Drive folder from the Home screen, the folder does not open and nothing happens.

This issue has been reported by multiple users in Thailand. I'm not sure whether users in other regions are experiencing the same problem. Could anyone from other regions please confirm whether they are experiencing this issue as well?

To help us review this further, could you please share:

The Acrobat Reader app version and the OS version on each device (iPhone, iPad, and Android).
Whether it happens with every starred Google Drive folder or only some, for example, folders inside a shared drive, nested folders, or folders in My Drive.
Whether starred files and starred folders from other storage locations open normally from the Home screen.
A short screen recording of tapping the starred folder (without personal information).

Once we have these details, we can have our development team check them further.

Thank you for your response. I have checked the details and can provide the following information:

Device and software versions:

iPhone: iOS 27.0.1 — Acrobat Reader 26.09.00 (20261001.161901)
iPad: iPadOS 26.7.1 — Acrobat Reader 26.09.00 (20261001.161901)

Issue scope:

The issue occurs with every Google Drive folder that is starred.
It affects both folders in My Drive and folders that have been shared with the user.
Starred files can still be opened normally from the Home screen.
The same folders can be opened successfully through Acrobat → Files → Google Drive → Open Folder.

Importantly, this issue is affecting multiple users, not just a single device or user account.
