I cannot open pdf docs on my mobile after latest update. I have the latest version.

++ Is this happening even when you're signed in with your Adobe ID?

Did you also check if your subscription with Acrobat is current?

Please be specific on which steps exactly are you performing to try and open a PDF in your iPhone.

If you still face the issue, please use the below-given link to generate a bug report so that we can analyze the root cause.

Hi Ria
Thank you for your response. I have an Iphone 11 and the latest update of acrobat reader was done before I laid the complaint. The istore does not have another new update. Still the same problem.

Are you getting any errors while opening pdfs?
Is it happening with all the PDF's or a particular file?
