Cannot Open pdf Document on iPad

I am trying to open a pdf document on my iPad I received via email and saved in the Adobe App on the iPad. The error message states, "This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for MAC or Windows." What work-around can I try to get the file to open? This is very frustrating in that I do not have a MAC or Laptop. Thank you!

There is no work around. The message is correct. I don't say this is a good thing. Adobe have had decades to fix this, I guess they have other priorities.
