I have adobe PRO , but i cannot download or print out a pdf file . Please help

Please confirm your version and OS. You said you have Acrobat Pro (desktop only), but you posted to the Acrobat Reader Mobile forum and identified a mobile OS.

Can you print any PDFs or only the one? Do you get an error message?

Where are you trying to download PDFs? From a website? From a server? Do you get an error message?

Did this work before and it's a new problem? Or is it a new installation and it has never worked?

Adobe is the company, btw. The application is Acrobat.
