Cannot read a pdf attachment emailed to me on any of my mobile devices?

When I try to open and read an emailed business receipt pdf attachment on any of my mobile devices using the most up to date installed Adobe Acrobat reader app (Android) I cannot view the file and instead receive Error This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for Mac or Windows???

Hi there,

If your app is up to date, maybe check on your app's premission. You may also try to test if the pdf will open on PC/MAC in case the file is corrupted.

It sounds like you are trying to open a Dynamic XFA (XML Form Architecture) PDF. To view such PDF documents, we recommend downloading the file locally on your computer and opening it either in Adobe Acrobat/Reader desktop application.
