Cannot see document error code 14

Will someone explain why I get error code 14 when trying to edit a pdf I uploaded?

Hey,

I guess you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader Mobile App and trying to edit a pdf in it. Is that the case?

Error code-14 seems to be a temporary error or may be that document is restricted to make editing.
Check with a different file and see if that reverts the same error.
Reboot device once and reload the app.
