Cannot see my signature

Hope you are doing well.

Sorry for the delayed response. As per the issue description that you are unable to see your signature on a PDF. Would you mind sharing few details to understand the issue better?

1. What is the make and model of your device?

2. Version of Acrobat Reader?

We recommend you sign out and sign in back in the application and check you can see the signature.

Also, try to remove the old signature and add a new one and check with that.
