Cannot send flattened copy in version 18.09.14

Hi,

I use the app on a daily basis and since the last two updates I can no longer send any of the documents in a flattened version so that they can’t be altered at the other end.

I have also found that the latest versions no longer auto populate the subject of the email as it has previously.

Can you please fix as I am sending legal documents on a daily basis.

We just released Acrobat Reader 18.12.00 to the App Store on December 14, 2018.

This release offers the flattening option in Acrobat's Settings > Preferences.

Please see the updated forum FAQ document for more details about the option.

How to share a flattened copy of a PDF document

The "Share Flatten Copy" option is no longer available via the new Share feature in Acrobat 18.09.13 or later.

But, there is a way to generate a flattened copy in Acrobat. Please take a look at this forum document.

How to share a flattened copy of a PDF document

Please give it a try and let us know if it's feasible for your workflow.

Yes the print option is successful with Apple products. THANKS.

How do I also share a flatt copy with the android app for a few of my other staff th are using that platform ?
