CANNOT SEND PDFs with the new update to Acrobat for iOS 21.04

Our managed iOS devices updated from Acrobat for iOS 21.03 to 21.04 and now the icon to send the PDF to apps ( Teams, Outlook, etc.) is missing.  We no longer have the capability to attach a PDF to any MSFT app.

How can we attach or send PDFs with the new update ?  There are no icons or instructions to do so.

THIS IS AN URGENT MATTER.  Employees can no longer submit PDFs that request time off.

We are sorry, you're having difficulties. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

Make and model of your device?
Application version?

Try to check for 'More' option after tapping on the share icon. It will show you all the install apps compatible with sharing the scan file.

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.

Updated to Acrobat version 21.04.00 (20210415.143706); previuosly on Acrobat version 21.03.

This occurs on ALL of our managed iOS devices (iPhone 8 thru 12 and iPad multiple generations)

This occurs on multiple versions of iOS/iPadOS...it worked before the app updated to 21.04.

"More" is not available because we no longer have the icon the share.

I removed and reinstalled the app.

Same version above reinstalls from the App Store; 21.04.00 (20210415.143706).

I noticed with the sample "Welcome.pdf" included with the app, I am able to "Share Via" to our Microsoft app.

HOWEVER, when I get a PDF fillable form by opening our Teams site and open in Acrobat, the option to Share Via is not available. We had this option before the update to 21.04; we previously had 21.03.

NOW, any PDFs we open from Teams, Word, etc.,...edit, view or retrieve the doc, we can no attach via Teams or Outlook.

There is NO option to SHARE VIA, send or email in Acrobat...the icon to Share Via is GONE. "the open U with an up arrow"

This occurs when trying to Share Via on any type of document no matter where it's retrieved from. Again, we no longer have the icon to Share Via to any app. You can only Edit PDF, Organize Pages and Save a copy when you select the ellipsis at the top of the screen. The icon to Share Via (open U with up arrow icon) was in between the magnifying glass and the ellipsis...now it is gone.

Can anyone help ? We are currently working on REMOVING Adobe Acrobat for iOS and go with a MSFT Word fillable template instead. Prefer not to, but this update stopped some of our productivity.
