Cannot sign in - Acrobat iPad

Hello,

I have just installed Adobe Acrobat (version 22.03.00 (20220315.164653)) on my iPad (9th gen),

and I've tried multiple times to sign in, but as soon as I try to do that I get "com.adobe.eco.auth error 400" and I cannot proceed further. I have an active subscription through my Institution, and on another device (my Windows PC) I can log in without problems.
