Cant Access App Acrobat Adode Reader

App crashes every time its accessed. Can't submit crash report with device info. Since the July 29th update, the app is not accessible. Can't send example of documents to troubleshoot because can't access the app.  Cleared cache and still doesn't work. Need documents for job. Please resolve.
