cant download lease agreement

i'm trying to download a lease agreement this is the message I keep getting saying to upgrade to latest version of adobe reader i'm trying to open a PDFS your PDF viewer may not be able to display this time of document i need help pls

The issue you see is due to the architecture of the PDFs that are linked on the website. These files are viewable on the desktop version of the application.

Can't download it in the iOS app and also cannot see the page of the signatures

Im paying around $20 per month for the adobe subscription and I can't do simple tasks like download a lease agreement on the app
