Cant edit pdf

Hello Adobe Support,
I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Acrobat Premium on Android.
My subscription is active through Google Play, and inside the app it clearly shows that Premium is enabled.
However, whenever I try to use the “Edit Page” feature, I receive a red error message saying “Processing failed.” This happens with all PDFs, including a brand-new blank PDF created inside the app.
Viewing PDFs works normally. The issue only occurs when attempting to edit.
Here are my device details:
Acrobat version: 26.1.1.43112
Android version: 16
One UI version: 8.0
Security patch level: 1 January 2026
I have already tried:
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app
Signing out and signing back in
Clearing cache
Confirming Premium is active
Testing with new blank PDFs
The issue persists.
Could you please check whether there is a problem with my cloud processing entitlement or compatibility with Android 16, and reset my account processing service if necessary?
Thank you for your assistance.

@Amal.It was happening for every single PDF, even a new one I just made, as shown in the video.

However, after uninstalling the app (second time) again yesterday, it is now working.

So no need, and I appreciate your time.

It would be nice to know why this happened to prevent any future concerns.

    Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

As you have tried most of the troubleshooting steps with no luck, could you please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for further investigation.
