Cant sign into mobile adobe document cloud account

Question

I am unable to sign in on my android adobe account. It gives me the options to sign in with google, facebook and apple. However i have an subscription and i click on the bottom where it says allready have an account. Click sign in and it does nothing. Go to subscriptions, sign in. Does nothing. Please help.

We apologise for the inconvenience faced by you. Can you please try clearing the app's data ? To clear app data Open Settings app -> Apps -> Adobe Acrobat -> Storage -> Clear data. Do remember that clearing data would reset your local Settings of reader app.
