Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As you are unable to use the premium services

 

What happens when you try to use the premium services, Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

 

Also, please logout of the application and reboot the device once and relogin with the same Adobe ID and password and check
