  • My app keeps crashing when I open a pdf.

  •  Ive tried deleting and reinstall
  • Ive cleared cache
  • Its been like this for at least a week

The app is up to date and my android phone. I think the issues started to appear after the app updated but I don't know for certain. 

When I open pdfs it works fine. Its only when I open forms to fill in thats when it wont allow me to even view them before backing out onto the main page or out of the app completely. 

  • There was no error message. The app just backs out of backd out of the form or the app occasionally freezes.

@kate_4514 the question is what did you do before last week:

  • Did you update the oprating system? 
  • When you open the PDF, is it the same PDF that keeps crashing? IF so, did you try a different PDF
  • What happens when you crash? Was there an error message?
