I WANT TO CHANGE THE EXISTING EMAIL ON MY ACCOUNT. AM I ABLE TO DO THAT OR DO I HAVE TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT?

Using a web browser, login to your account on the Adobe website and go into your account settings. There you can change your account's e-mail address.

 

While you are at it, you might also check on your CAPS LOCK key. It seems to be stuck on!
