Change account email address

I have changed my email address everywhere that i can find in settings. However, when i send a document for electronic signature it is sent from and replied to my old email address.

  2. Application name and version?

I have the same problem.  Sometimes a document I've sent out for signing is returned to my old email address and I can't access the audit report.  My email address has been updated everywhere in my account.  This is incredibly frustrating.  I have a premium subscription.
