Change default from Adobe Reader to Adobe Acrobat on iphone 15

My old iphone 12 had no issues when I would highlight and then "Copy".  Now that I upgraded to an iphone 15 Pro Max - I can open, view and highlight anything in the PDF but, unable to "Copy" it!
