Change highlight color in andoid

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, I understand that you want to change the color of the highlight.

With the new updates, what you can do is, long press any blank space on the document to bring in the menu, then click on text. 

Once the toolbar appears, you can switch to the highlight tool and then change the color and opacity using the color picker on the right hand side of the toolbar.
