I am not able to use all features of my Adobe premium in my PC.

Please let me know, how can I change my subscription to be able to use the subscription in multiple devices such as mobile and desktop?

    Hi @Khalid Alzain.

    Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

    As correctly mentioned by Jane, Acrobat Premium is a mobile only subscription, and can be used only on mobile devices.

    To use Acrobat on your desktop, you will need to purchase a subscription of either Acrobat Pro DC or Standard DC.

    But, please note. you must cancel the premium subscription first before making the purchase for the desktop application to avoid getting double charged.

    Hope this clarifies your question.

    @kglad, just FYI: Acrobat Premium can only be purchased from the mobile stores, and not through Adobe's website.

    Regards,
    Souvik.

    @S. S , thank you.

    @Khalid Alzain , then you will need to cancel via the mobile store.

    Adobe is a company that makes lots of applications. Assuming you mean Acrobat Reader, I have moved your post to the Acrobat for Mobile forum.

    Premium is a service that is available for mobile devices and does not work on your desktop PC.

    For desktop, you can purchase a subscription to Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard. This page lists the differences.

    Does this answer your question? If not, please ask again.
