Hello, I had started a free trial in July and thought I had cancelled my account. However, Adobe has continued to charge my card even after I closed my account. I would like a full refund for the months charged after cancellation, please.

I checked your account and saw a cancelled subscription for Acrobat Premium.
Since the payments and subscriptions are managed by Apple directly and not us, I would suggest checking for a confirmation email of the cancellation, and then checking if you are charged after the email.
Whenever you cancel a subscription purchased through your App Store, you should receive an email about the same almost immediately, and there shouldn't be any charge from thereon.
