charged for a free
Hi, so I contacted customer service for many times it's been more than a month
Since I get charged, for free trial
Even when I cancel my subscription before the end of the trial.
And seriously get charged even when my subscription was canceled.
I contacted you guys , and you guys asked me contacted Samsung, and both ignored me
And know I just receive a email from abode closing my case for refund, when you guys never give me my money back
This is disappointing... and I still want my money back .
