charged for a free

Hi, so I contacted customer service for many times it's been more than a month 

Since I get charged, for free trial 

Even when  I cancel my subscription before the end of the trial. 

And seriously get charged even when my subscription was canceled. 

I contacted you guys , and you guys asked me contacted Samsung, and both ignored me 

And know I just receive a email from abode closing my case for refund,  when you guys never give me my money back 

This is disappointing... and I still want my money back .

Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription whose payment-related concerns are handled by the store from where you purchased the product.

 

Also, the free trial is only available if you opted for the yearly plan and not monthly. As mentioned that you contacted our support team, can you share the details of it over private messages to me for better investigation?
