Charged for Adobe Acrobat via Google Play – Refund Denied, Case Close

Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help me. I was recently charged for an Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription through Google Play, but I did not intend to make this purchase.

I reached out to both Adobe and Google for help.

Adobe told me they cannot cancel or refund it since the purchase was made through Google.

Google also denied my refund, saying the payment had already gone to the developer and the decision is final.

Now both support teams have closed my case, and I’m stuck with the charge.

Details:

App: Adobe Acrobat Premium (Mobile)

Order ID: GPA.3308-3818-8046-39521

Purchase Date: July 30, 2025

I have screenshots and proof that I reached out within a reasonable time.

I already canceled the subscription to avoid future charges, but I really hope there’s a way to get a refund for this unwanted charge.

Can anyone from Adobe or someone who had the same issue guide me? I’d really appreciate any help. 🙏

Thank you,

Nengboi Kipgen
