Charged for trial subscription

I signed up for a trial and was charged 9.99. I canceled my subscription and the money wasn't refunded. Theres no help desk phone number or email on your app. What's up with that?

    Hope you are doing well. As per the above description, you are facing issues with refund not crebited to your bank even after you cancelled the subscription. I am sorry for the experience.
