Assinei o premium e em letras menores dizia que eu teria 7 dias grátis para usar e que se eu cancelasse antes dos 7 dias eu não seria cobrado. Mas o valor foi cobrado e não foi devolvido apesar de eu ter cancelado minutos depois de ter assinado! Gostaria que vcs estornassem o valor.

As mentioned, since you canceled the subscription within minutes of subscribing, the refund would have been initiated automatically.
It might take about 3-5 business days for the amount to settle in your bank account. I suggest you contact your bank to check on the refund if it doesn't.
