  • I cancelled this subscription long time ago  but I have been charged on for this cancelled subscription .multiple months

I had the same issue, my subscription renewed yesterday and I haven't used any of its benifits, 34$ to cancel it is outrageous. What can I do to waive this unnecessary fee

Hi, I just had the same issue.

I cancelled my subscription and I was just charged again.

I have cancelled my subscription again but I don't want this to happen again and I would like to receive the latest payment back.

Can anyone advise?
