My name is Monique Ollenbuttel and I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my Adobe subscription. I originally create an account to use the free trial, and I cancelled it as required before any charges were due. Despite this, a few days later I discovered that my account had been reactivated without my consent. Since then, I have been charged monthly subscription fees for a service I did not authorise or agree to continue.

I am extremely disappointed and angry that this has occurred. This situation feels deceptive and has caused me unnecessary financial loss. I expect an immediate investigation, a full refund of all unauthorized charges, and confirmation that my account has been properly cancelled.

If this matter is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further through my bank, consumer protection authorities, and relevant dispute resolution channels.

Please treat this issue with urgency and provide me with a written response outlining how you will address and resolve it.
