Hi @Alyaa278381577wew,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry about the experience.

I checked your account and saw that the subscription you have currently is a monthly plan due to which you are charged.

The 7-day free trial is available only on the annual plan and not for monthly.

Hope this clarifies your question.

Hi @Alyaa278381577wew

This is correct, Annual billing for a Premium subscription starts when your free trial ends. If you do not want to continue with the subscription, cancel before the trial period ends, and you won’t be charged. Monthly or yearly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel before the renewal period.

Have you used the trial before using the same email address, could it be a desktop Acrobat Pro trial?

If yes, then you cannot activate/use the trial 2nd time.

If you do not wish to continue with the services, then follow the steps given here in the help document https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/android/en/managingsubscriptions.html#subscribe-to-services

You can cancel the existing subscription.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thanks,

Akanchha
