charged wrongly after cancellation

Hi can you please help me as I opted for free trail of adobe acrobat reader premium membership and i cancelled my subscription within time of trail still they charged me 2600 rs unnecessarily without me using any service.

I want refund.

As we can check that you have subscribed as a free trial but got charged for an yearly subscription. Could you please share the receipt of the charge which crealy shows the date and email too in a private message.
