I purchased Adobe acrobat premium by paying through my debit card for 1 month but yet it shows error and ask for unlocking by paying again... Here by i am attaching file for confirmation of money being deducted from my account
We understand how frustrating this could be, when you are paying for the services but not getting access to use it.

When we checked your Adobe ID (email used to registered on Adobe), we couldn't find any subscription under it. Since you got charged for the subscription and order was placed successfully, there are couple of possibilities:
1- You did place the order using a different email address. If the purchase was through App Store then possible you have your Apple ID was registered. So Sign In into Acrobat Reader mobile app using Apple ID.
Tap on profile icon.
Sign Out>Sign In
2- Once Signed in using the correct email address. If you still face the same issue, then
