Checkbox issue

I use "Adobe Fill & Sign" on iPad to sign document. After export new file, the all checkbox are checked.

Hope you are doing well.

If I am getting the issue correctly, you have exported a file to PDF and all the checkboxes are filled. Right? Would you mind sharing few details to understand the issue better?

1. If possible, could you share some screenshots of the issue?

2. What is the exact workflow you are using and having the issue?

3. Application version?

4. Is it with a particular file, or with all files?
