Clear Files stuck Converting and Compressing

I have several files that have been compressing or converting for months now and i would like to cancel them out. However any time I try to select them I get the error "the file cannot be opened while conversion is in progress."

Is there any way to force these items to stop?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well.

Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Would you mind trying the services on the online portal: https://adobe.ly/41JYYyL

If you are unable to use the feature there too, please let us know so we can investigate further.

You may also try to offload the app from the iOS device. Offloading an app on iOS removes it from the device while keeping the data in icloud. This allows the user to reinstall the app and continue where they left off. Offloading an app can help free up storage space and boost phone performance.

To offload an app on an iOS device, you can:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Select General
  3. Choose iPhone Storage
  4. Select the app
  5. Tap Offload App
  6. Tap Offload App again to confirm

Let us know how it goes
