"Clear Form" Button not working on Ipad

The Clear Form buttons works perfectly on the computer, however does not work when using the iPad (via Adobe Reader App). I've tried both 'mouse up' and 'mouse down' options, and re-creating the button a few times, but same problem. Even with all the fields selected (for deletion), nothing is prompted on the iPad.

Any suggestions?
