I've been trying to save some pdf to my cloud but it say that they are unable to save. Please help

Hello Krystal,

 

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile. 

 

Can you check if you are logged in with the correct email address to which you have the subscription? If not, you will get a limited amount of storage space which you can fill out, due to which you get the error message.

 

Also, if you could share a screen recording of the event, it would be better for us to investigate.
