Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

As you have mentioned that Cloud files are not syncing between iPhone and iPad. Would you mind sharing some more information to understand the issue better?

1. Do you want to sync Document Cloud files?

2. Is there some files that are not visible or all the files?

3. Kindly sign in to https://documentcloud.adobe.com and sign in with the same email that you have used to save files and check if the files are visible there.
