Cobrança em período de teste grátis

Gostaria do solicitar o estorno no meu cartão, instalei o aplicativo e fui fazer o teste grátis para ver se me adaptava ao aplicativo. Mas, já colocaram o na fatura do cartão e gostaria de pedir o estorno, pois comecei o período de teste hoje.

assinei com período de teste grátis e mesmo assim cobraram do meu cartão e não houve estorno
