Gostaria de informar que identifiquei uma cobrança indevida em minha fatura referente à assinatura com vencimento em 15/01/2024. O débito foi registrado hoje, em 14/01/2024, sendo que a assinatura já foi cancelada.
Solicito, por favor, o estorno imediato dessa cobrança indevida. E aguardo a resolução deste problema.
