Cobrança indevida

Olá, baixei o aplicativo e cliquei na opção teste grátis, porém foi cobrado o valor da assinatura mensal, sendo que cliquei no teste grátis. Já cancelei a minha assinatura e aguardo o estorno do valor indevido.

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in! 

 

The free trial is available only when you opt-in for the annual (yearly) subscription and not the monthly subscription.

 

If you have already applied for a refund, it should take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect back to the original source. 

The refund policies are managed by the store through which you make the payment and not us. So, I would suggest reaching out to them in case you experience issues with the refund not settling in your account.
