Cobrança indevida

Prezados, solicito o estorno da cobrança indevida no meu cartão .

Quando instalei o app estava falando que o primeiro mês é gratuito e não aconteceu isso , e já debitou em meu cartão. Cancelei imediatamente  assinatura e peço que estorne esse valor .

I checked the email address you registered on the community, and found an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.

 

Also, the free trial you are referring to is for a 7-day period. If you were mentioned a month-long trial, please share the help page where you found this information for us to investigate and assist you further.

 

Also, the 7-day free trial is available when you opt in for the yearly membership and not monthly, which is your case.
