@willy.milane It may take a few days for the refund to show up. Hopefully, you had cancel within 14 days of your original purchase, you’ll get a full refund. If you cancel after 14 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but no refund will be given, 

If the subscription was started with a free trial but was purchased and billed through a third-party provider, such as Apple, Google, or a major software reseller, you must contact them directly. Adobe does NOT have access to any of Apple, Google, or a major software reseller's accounts and billings (Adobe sold the license to the third party, and the third party sold the subscription to you.)
