Fiz uma assinatura com 7 dias grátis e fui cobrado no primeiro dia. Cancelei logo em seguida mesmo assim fui cobrado. Experiência ruim com a parte de assinatura

verifiquei que havia 2 cobrancas pada o mesmo produto. Fui cancelar e imediatamente fui cobrada no  cartao. poderiam verificar para estornar?
