@Gabriel_Nascimento0612 it isn't making a mistake, it's that your 'free app' does not have the "Combine Files" feature for merging multiple PDFs. The ability to combine files (merge PDFs) is a premium feature that requires a paid subscription to either:

  • Adobe Acrobat Premium (in-app purchase for mobile)

  • Adobe Acrobat Pro (desktop subscription, which also unlocks premium features on mobile)

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

++ Adding to the discussion

As described by creative explorer, if you have Acrobat Reader mobile app (Freeware app) it does not have the "Combine Files" feature for merging multiple PDFs. The ability to combine files (merge PDFs) is a premium feature that requires a paid subscription to either:

  • Adobe Acrobat Premium (in-app purchase for mobile)

  • Adobe Acrobat Pro (desktop subscription, which also unlocks premium features on mobile)

For more information, please check the help page: https://adobe.ly/4fayhYM

If that is not the case, what happens when you try to combine the PDF files, do you get any error message? If yes, please share more details (Screenshot  or a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs) for more clarity and understanding.

Also, check if it's an issue specific to a set of files or occurs with all the PDFs that you try to combine. Try combining a different set of files and checking for the issue.

Let us know how it goes.
