Combine, Edit, Organize, Insert and Extract not working

Question

I am trying to combine and organize regular PDFs for a time sensitive application. They are not encrypted or secured. On my iphone, the app keeps crashing and closing and finally after reopening about 5 times, I get the error "could not organize." Then in the web version on my desktop it spins and then the same error.  I have successfully completed this task on my Iphone and I need this product to work, when I need to use it. I have an active premium paid subscription. Please advise on what to do so I can accomplish my task.

Would you mind sharing certain information so we can investigate the issue better:

1. The Application version of Acrobat Reader you are using;

2. The iOS version you are using;

3. A screen recording for a better understanding of the situation;

4. Sample files for us to try and reproduce the issue at our end.
