Combine files

I cant combine 8 files, keep getting a message

files cant convert....

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Are any of The files you are trying to combine password protected or signed with a digital certificate?

This can be one of the reasons why the combining of the files failed. If not, please share a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat you are using (go to Profile-> About Adobe Acrobat);

2. The iOS version of the device you are using;

3. A screen recording of the workflow you follow;

I have same problem here, i can't combine either in my ipad or computer
