Commenting and Drawing Tools

How do I add more commenting and drawing tools to the toolbar in the adobe iOS program? I noticed on adobe pro on my desktop I have more options for commenting and drawing tools.

While the purpose of Acrobat Reader is the same across devices, certain features are only available on the desktop version due to limitations on the mobile version of the application.
