Commenting on PDF while saved to Adobe Cloud.

I saved a PDF file to Adobe Document Cloud while on my Mac. When I opened the document from my iPad and tried to comment, the document responded with the error message "please set up on email account on your device and try again." 

 

Please help

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you get the error 'please set up on email account on your device and try again' when you try to open the PDF on iPad

 

Please try to logout off the Acrobat Reader Mobile App and reboot the device once and login back with the same Adobe ID and password that you used on Adobe Document Cloud and see if that helps.

 

If it still doesn't work, please try to update the mobile application from Apple play store and see if that helps.
